My console has been banned, please can you help me?

Hello there, my name is Jack, better known by my online alias ''. I have been with the Xbox Live Service for around 7 years and today I was banned for the very first time. I know the exact reason I was banned and was hoping I could make an appeal
to get my ban removed from the console and I haven't done anything wrong. Around 3-4 weeks ago, I was playing Call of Duty: Black Ops III online and I was searching with a buddy of mine in the Ground War game mode, when we connected we noticed the lobby was
overfilled with Master Prestige players and when I got a kill I was instantly ranked up to level 55 (max level) which was obviously modding or hacking. I instantly left this lobby but my rank stuck and there was no way to reverse it, I even tried resetting
my console and game. It did not work and so I knew I was going to be banned or suspended and now my whole CONSOLE has been banned forever. I would like some help please.

The enforcement team are the only ones who have any information about suspensions/bannings and they no longer use the forums. At this time there is no way to submit a case review for a console ban. If it's an account ban, you can submit a case review at
