my console has been banned, i need enforcement

My console is banned and the case review came back and said overturned but the problem is that my console is still banned. My profile is not. I need help. Nobody has helped me for the past 2 weeks. I have spent thousands of dollars and it says all suspensions
have been lifted but the console is banned. This isn't fair. They havent even explained to me what i have done please help.

The Enforcement Team does not read these forums, you'll need to post in either
15 - My Live Account was Suspended or if your console was banned
16 - My Console was banned The Enforcement Team will let you know the reason for the ban.

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

Sorry to say it but your console is banned for good...

Are all device bans permanent?

All Xbox Live device bans are permanent. However, some Code of Conduct violations that don’t rise to the level of a device ban can instead result in the temporary loss of specific Xbox One or Xbox on Windows device privileges. When this occurs, the device
can still connect to Xbox Live, but certain functionality (such as communications or online multiplayer) will be restricted for a particular duration.

From the sound of it, if your profile was unbanned than your account had nothing to do with the console ban. I'm guessing a friend or family member that also has access to your console did something to violet the Terms of Service.

 

what you dont get is that it say OVERTURNED, and that all suspensions should be lifted. So what dont people get. I want my console back.

 

I think you are getting confused.

You can't file for a case review on console bans.They are permanent & can't be appealed.

Sounds like your account was suspended/banned as well & that was overturned

As previously mentioned by Fibre and Daft Badger. Console suspensions are permanent and are not case reviewable. It looks like your account had possibly also received a suspension that was reviewable. Which is why you might have been able to perform a case
review. While accounts have the option for a case review and for reversals, consoles do not.

"Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

Devices can be banned from Xbox Live for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Xbox console tampering, such as physically opening an Xbox console and modifying it to play illegitimate or unauthorized software
• Online fraud, such as phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players
• Repeated egregious violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement that establish a clear pattern of nefarious activity
