My console has been banned for NO reason

I was using my console 2 months ago then I had to move out from the US to Europe and I couldn't even turn it on since the power system is different here. I called Microsoft Turkey and they told me that my console has been banned and they cannot order a new
power supply. They said I need to talk to online chat and the online chat says that they can't remove a ban and directed me to the forum. I need help for this issue, today I contacted microsoft for the 9th time in a week and I think I will go mad. I've been
paying xbox live for no reason and I'm being banned. Pls help with this issue guys.

my console has been banned and the only games i've been playing is madden 10 offline and i've been playing cod zombies... i dont' get it at all.. but i need to know why and how can we fix this!!!

Enforcement Site for more information.

used consoles should always be delt with the previous owner

specially if it comes from gamestop (they do not check for system bans and it is not always instant)

btw it was a proccedure but i don't think shes around anymore whoever did the unbans

was very unpopular due to the clause that if they recheck and reconfirm you'll lose the dlc (usually because its 100% checked the first time)

if used consoles though it was not your doing its a case of buyer beware
