I've spoken to 3 advisors about my console being banned but no one is giving me answers. I would like answers soon please otherwise I'm taking legal action.

ive been banned twice in one day the second time for no reason and I have to wait to months before I can talk in parties does this sound fair

For information about your suspension, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team does not use the forums and because it is a 24 hour suspension it would not be eligible for a case review (the review would take longer than the suspension).

The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here has that information.Support wont be able to help either as they are nothing to do with the enforcement team.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you the reason.

You can look on the enforcement site where you can find out about device bans as well

Console bans are not issued lightly & are a last resort.Usually they are issued if you have done something very severe to violate the ToU/CoC or have had several enforcement actions against your account in the past but like I said,no one here can give you

And once again I've been to enforcement.xbox.com and there no reasoning to why I'm banned it just says I'm back from communications but no explanations why
