my console got banned

Xbox Live device bans are not lifted. There is no way to appeal them, because they are only issued if something really serious is done.

Sign in with your account at enforcement.xbox.com and it will tell you why you were banned. You can also check your email associated with your account and it should tell you why there as well.

Most Console Suspensions are permanent and cannot be lifted. You can check in the email used on your account/Notification on your Xbox.

If you wanted to say account suspension, you can try submitting a case review:

Sign in and visit the Enforcement page.

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the Gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.
