My console got banned for two weeks wannaknow why

Hi, you need to sign in with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-ie and it’ll say why there. Also you should have received an email with the details as well.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

Head over to the support area (why my account was banned) for a reason why or check your e-mail

Someone will probably be able to hypothesise as to why you got banned but in general, avoid doing anything you can get banned for and you'll be alright. Being banned by mistake is unlikely and since you got hit by a two-week ban I'd assume you did something
fairly deliberate.

It was only certain consoles that were banned between August 29th & Sept 9th and those consoles were all unbanned a good two weeks ago. Hence if your console is banned now you got caught, deal with it.
