hi i got banned for nothing because apparently i get banned but the people hu did it thas not get banned and thay tell me to go kill my self no i reported tham still not banned and had to change my name because i am afraid that i get banned again

I got banned for nothing

my gamertag is and i got banned because i asked someone nicely to switch character in for honor and i got banned. i did get legit banned before but there were a reason in it

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

I know how you because my xbox console is banned too i never did anything against the rules of xbox or the code of conduct i just got my account back because it was stolen and right when i turn on my xbox one s and update it. I get banned

Yeah my friend choose that gamertag for me. It said I got banned for offering in game services for microsoft points but I never did that. It was unfortunate. I was with xbox for over 5 years and I got banned for something I never did. The thing that makes
me upset was that Microsoft is no longer selling the family pack. This happened a little before I got banned. I feel that I only got banned because they are trying to stop the family pack and they targeted me because I am subscribed to it. I know I didnt get
banned for a valid reason. I just hope I can get my family pack back.
