    My console gets stuck in startup, I have no clue what it's doing whatsoever. Please help!!!


    • So when I try to start my Xbox 360 S, it gets stuck in startup. the center light on the power button is green, but none of the other lights come on unless I hit the sync controller button, in which case it continually searches, but can't
      actually find my wireless controller. On my wired controller, all the lights come on and stay on, and the fan doesn't ever come on.

    green startup screen

    my Xbox one s battlefield edition is stuck on the green Xbox logo startup screen , how do I fix this please help or what do I do to help fix this problem

    Port forwarding on talk talk router

    Hi can anyone help me with port forwarding please. Rang ISP and they haven't got a clue. Can't seem to get Xbox to connect to Xbox live. Tried logging into my router to do this but haven't got a clue lol. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. I'm using talktalk super router

    Sorry to hear it. Let's check to see if it may be an issue with your storage device. Please remove all devices from your console and then start it up. If it starts fine then turn it off and insert one device. Keep doing this until all devices are inserted.
    If you the issue repeats itself then it is caused by one of the storage devices.

    Tried that, it didn't help, so at least if I can't fix it, I can transfer my data directly to a new console. Silver linings, right? Anyway, is there anything else I can try. I haven't even been connected to wifi for at least a month, if that helps.

    I wish there was something else I could suggest. But if the console hangs at the start up even without storage devices then more than likely there is a hardware or software issue that only sending it in to repair can fix.

    Unable to update xbox app on PC, unable to update MS store as it's infinitely loading.

    I was about to do this step and thankfully read your message.

    I'm having the same issue and unfortunately have no clue what to do. Do you have any clue on how to resolve the issue? Updating and downloading any other apps from the Microsoft app works. Its only the Xbox app that wants to update is having issues and stuck on a continuous loop of downloading.

    Please help :(

    You will want to check out your
    repair/warranty     options for the console since those steps did not help with the console being stuck on the green startup screen.
