My console freezes and shuts down periodically

This issue started recently, my game will freeze randomly and shut itself down. It isn't from overheating or the vents

My sons xbox one s started doing this since i bought it!

now it wont stay on!

it turns on loads forza 4 then turns off

sometimes it turns back off within seconds of me turning it on, its driving me crazy!!!!

ive been on the community and followed the advise to reboot it done that 20 times

the game came on all my cars have disappeared but its still turning off.

i have no idea how to actually speak to a human being at mircosoft or where im supposed to send it or to contact to get it replaced or repaired can anyone advise me where it needs to be sent to get repaired??

Wrong. My console if infected with a virus. Someone is taking control of the power. It freezes for a moment and then the console shuts down.

Freeze my Xbox and "shut" it down

Bought my Xbox One a month ago and its doing the same thing. Freezes in the home screen. Then I have to manually shut down, still freezes, manually shut down again. After two or three attempts it finally works again. I thought waiting at least this long
to upgrade my console the bugs would have been fixed. Guess I was wrong.

To my experience, my console (with the same settings except for the auto-update) goes to sleep first when I shut it down. After a short period of time, it 'turns up' to fully shut down the console.
