My console doesn't come on!!!

Previously I had a problem with Madden 19 freezing when I select to play it. So.....I figured I would not only shut the console off but I would ALSO unplug it for 10 seconds. Once I plugged it back in, IT NEVER CAME BACK ON. I would hear a slight low
power button activation chime. BUT THAT'S IT! No lights, sounds, or images on my TV screen. The only thing I see is a yellow light on the battery pack that's connected to the power cord.

I want to know what's going on.....

Hello, first i will recomend you is to test it in another AC oulet and try to avoid wire extenders. If this doesnt work the best you can do is to contact the suport team to the console be serviced:

Any new console bundle doesn't come with High Def cables. My old 120 black elite came with HDMI and I've kept it through my consoles. I recently got the GoW 3 limited edition slim and it also doesn't come with high def cables.

This is really strange because when turning on and configuring the console the option appears.

And it comes on the console system, there's no way the pack doesn't come on the console.
