    My console does not turns on, even that it is connected to the power elctricity.


    My console does not turns on, it is connected to the power elctricity, my LED light is on and in orange, but when I turn it, it instantly turns off and mi LED light goes from white to orange again.

    Did I just receive another faulty power supply?!?!

    A couple of weeks ago my Xbox One stopped turning on, I noticed that the light on the power supply was off and called support, they told me that if the light was off on the PSU then it had to be replaced.

    Today I got the 'new' power supply, and before even connecting it to the xbox I connected it to the wall first... to my suprise, the LED does not turn on in this unit either. I proceeded to plug it in to the xbone and it obviously didn't work.

    Did I receive a shot power supply? Obviously I tried different outlets... Should the LED on the power supply turn on even when the console is not connected?

    If this is the case then support is getting a very angry call ... it took almost 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive.

    My console has a red light that apears after i turn it on,then error E82 comes up on my screen,What does this mean?.

    And only power cord plugged in with out video cords connected to console, then when i turn power on it stays green on tell i put the video cords back in the console.Still reading error E82.

    onsole froze in the same spot while playing High on Life I installed off of @XboxGamePass is it me ? Or should there be some accountability here?

    Hello, you mention that your console doesn't turn on anymore, have you tried changing it's socket or even trying to connect it to another TV?

    If so, when turning on the console the power button light turns on but it does not show an image or does it not turn on?

    If you can give more details.

    Hi there,

    To clarify, when your Xbox One X console is powered off, are you seeing the ability to connect to your Xbox One X console? We tested this on our end while the console was set to Instant-On power mode, and there is no option to connect to the console while it
    is powered off and the SmartGlass app does not retain the connection to the console while the console is not powered on.

    For NAS specific issues, we'd recommend creating a new Support thread as that may lead down a different path of troubleshooting steps.
    The Xbox App will show the console, but only if I've already manually connected to it when I have the Xbox turned on. If I turn if off via the Xbox App, I am not able to turn in back on, even if I just turned it off. SmartGlass is similar in that if I have
    connected to the Xbox while it was already turned on it will remember it, but it is not able to turn the device on if it is already off.

    It's my understanding that I should be able to turn my Xbox on remotely with either the Xbox App or SmartGlass, but it has never consistently worked since I've owned the device, which is very disappointing. Not sure why the option is even there if it doesn't
    work.

    Try the NAT thing Julian said, if this does not work, have you tried a power cycle?

    Turn off the console, unplug it from a power source, wait 15 seconds, plug the power again and turn on the console.

    Both of you should ensure that your NAT is OPEN to exclude connectivity issue. Even a router restart can help. :)
