    my console does not read the game


    How did my console get stuck when I started the GTA 5? I just bought a USB stick, I installed the game and when the installation download was finished, the screen with the active load symbol got frozen and frozen.the problem is the USB memory or the game

    First, when you say "...validate my guarantee", I think you are asking how do you check the warranty status of your Xbox. That can be done at the "Xbox
    warranty information    " page. But, lets hope you don't have to make use of that now. As far as the disc problem, may I recommend following the steps outlined at "How to troubleshoot
    problems playing a disc on your Xbox One    ". Lets us know if this helped.

    Hi, I have a problem with my xbox one, at the moment of wanting to play some game, only the HUB appears to me, it does not read the disk even though it is inside the xbox, and probe restarting it and nothing happens, it still does not read it. What should

    Console does not read the disc

    All this happened when I updated my console. It displays "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console" . I've tried to switch the locale setting but it doesn't help

    Do you get a specific error message when a game fails to load?.

    And have you tried the steps in this
    disc read issues     sticky?, might be worth a look if not.

    Try clearing your cache, console memory> highlight HDD> press Y.
