My console deleted my wifi info

On January 26 I was playing Roblox and all of a sudden my Xbox said it could not connect to the internet. Usually what I would do to resolve this issue was to forget then re-connect to the Wi-Fi. However this time when I did it and 100% put in the right
password it says "Can't connect. Check your network name and password and try again." But I can put in the same password and connect to the Wi-Fi easily on other devices. I have been having this experience for 4 days already. And I have tried unplugging my
console and the router. I had seen a thread from years ago saying they waited it out and was a Microsoft issue, but i am not entirely sure. If anyone could help shed a little light on this situation it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi broccoliboiii

Please try to disable your WiFi(go offline) on the console. Then restart your console and enable your WiFi again

Then try to connect

Guide below:

Set your Xbox to offline

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select System > Settings.
Choose Network.
Select Network settings > Go offline.

To go back online, repeat the first three steps, and in step 4 choose Go online.

At this point, broccoliboiii, I would have to recommend attempting to connect to another network, if possible, such as a mobile hotspot to identify if this could be a hardware problem with the console itself.

Additionally, if you could test a wired connection as well, to simply connect to your network, and then attempt to connect to your home network via wireless once more, this might assist you with resolving this matter.

If you could provide us with these results, we should be able to provide for you additional troubleshooting steps in order to arrive at a much more favorable solution.
