My console bought in the USA is in breakdown in Brazil. How should I proceed?

"Good night! I bought an Xbox one in the USA, now it is in a pane, I contacted Microsoft and they responded to me that because it is a console out of warranty and another region, they could not do anything and still guided me to seek help from third parties.
Does this proceed? "

Issues Downloaded Games

I've migrated in the same console, but, the region that i live is different from the specified one. So, I was in Brazil and then I've changed my account to USA, but i'm back to Brasil and the time lapse to change my account back isn't over. First of all
I've bought the games on my Brazil account and then changed to USA. When i've come back to Brazil the games don't work.

I live in Brazil

When I bought the game, my region was Brazil

I paid in local currency (R$)

Right now, I use the region USA

Will this be the problem?

Hi there!

Brazil is a supported region and the console is not region locked thus you should still be able to acquire a repair.

Keep in mind you would need to pay for the repair since the console is out of warranty.

My account is made from an American adress, but nowadays I play it from Brazil.

My xbox360 was also bought in the USA. Does that solve it? If not, tell me how I can see the region my account is set to.
