    my console banned


    hi mate. my xbox one console has banned 4 days ago(14.05.2016). and i dont know why.I read all the user agreement.i didnt argue anyone and didnt steal any account. i spent all my money on my xbox. and im just a student. im not a thief or anyone. please solve
    it.. im very sad this situation. i dont knot why. i asked everyone "why?why?why?why?" and everyone says me "we dont know." whats this mate? WHAT IS THIS! IM JUST A STUDENT AND I SPENT ALL OF MY MONEY THIS CONSOLE! ALL OF!

    please someone tell me why. im writing this in 11 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions but it doesnt shows and anyone doesnt answer me.

    my xbox got banned

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    You have been notified regarding your console ban as stated on the enforcement page:

    "Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban."

    Device bans are not issued lightly and this means that the violation was of such nature that only such a severe action can be taken after a lengthy investigation. This ban is permanent and cannot be reviewed in any possible way. For more information:

    HI i am from pakistan karachi i have the same problem last week my xbox one give update after update then restart and again connect to internat & give message your console ban yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy what is this i dont know why is my xbox

    In case of a console ban all you get is the notification of the console ban from the enforcement team. Consoles can be suspended from Xbox Live for a number of reasons including, but not limited to: Console tampering, online fraud, repeat egregious violations.

    Customer Support for Xbox Live cannot undo an Xbox Live suspension for a console nor can anyone in the forums.

    To avoid a console suspension in the future, please review and follow the Xbox Live Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
