    Talax is correct. Microsoft will not tell you what you have done and that link should give all the information that you are going to get from them at this point. I am not saying that is fair, but that is what it boils down to.

    im a huge fan of Microsoft I will at mit it I got into a xp lobby and got band and I learned my lesson but a month from then I was having fun with friends and out of know were I got console band im only 14 and would like to please get un console banded all
    I wanted to do was play xbox
