    my console band was lifted but i still cant message or chat with my friends


    I recently got unconsole banned on July 6 it is now July 10 and I still cant do anything on my Xbox but I can on my pc for some reason I have called Xbox 7 times trying to get them to help they told me to try these steps, I rest
    my console (rest and remove everything), I also went to (Network Settings) went to (Advanced Settings) and went to (Alternate MAC address) and clicked (Clear) and to power rest my console but nothing has worked so far I was told to contact the Xbox enforcement
    team but they don't have a physical number and if you don't have a case pending you cant contact them at all my case is over but my banned remains please help me

    did you get this fixed? im having the same issue. ive tried everything i still cant chat or message anyone. my communcation ban was lifted 10-30-17 smh thats a week ago. still no chat features or messaging anyone. Microsoft is so

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re adding the account to see if that clears the issue.
