    My console ban

    Hello I have been consoled banned and I need it to be rectified. I contacted xbox and they said they will contact the xbox enforcement team, also I have an account ban. my gamertag is eG x NiNJaZz.

    My Console Ban

    Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
    the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

    I have gotten Banned on my account and I want to know how I can contact The enforcement department. I was told that i would have to use a different email to apply for a case review.

    Actually you should use the same account to file for a case review through the enforcement site. You will find all the info you need here:

    or an 'X' in their CUL level. Regular forum members, like us, have a number in their CUL.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
