    Hi my name is Luke I’m writing in regards to my recent console ban which is due to accounts being ban on my Xbox, this is understandable but the accounts that have been banned I do not own, I was game sharing with friends who set there accounts to be homed
    on my console and not have ended up with permanent bans if there is anyone who may solve or assist my situation could you please contact me thank you, Luke

    My console ban

    Hello I have been consoled banned and I need it to be rectified. I contacted xbox and they said they will contact the xbox enforcement team, also I have an account ban. my gamertag is eG x NiNJaZz.

    MS staff can be recognized by an 'S'
    or an 'X' in their CUL level. Regular forum members, like us, have a number in their CUL.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
