my consel is banned

my consel is banned and when i go to the environment page it says i have perfect record and one of my account got banned for the first time so im think this unjust because i am pay for xbox live and not receiving the benefits of me spend money if you help
solve this problem that would be amazing im not asking for anything extra just simple for my consel to be unbanned my consel

Console bans are not eligible for case reviews which is why you cant find it on the enforcement team website.

Console bans are reserved for the worst and/or repeated offenses to the code of conduct that was agreed to when you joined xbox live and as such are never reversed for any reason.

Console bans because they are not linked to a specific Microsoft account will not show up on the enforcement teams website, this is why when you sign into the website it does not show on there and for this reason this is why they do not qualify for a case
review.

The enforcement team doesn't give warnings. Your warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agreed to when you sign up. You can also receive a permanent ban without receiving any other enforcement actions beforehand. It just depends on the severity
of the situation.

they did tho in the email detailing my consels 30 day chat ban it said next action would be a consel ban you cant get any closer to a warrning then that. but like i asked tho a new account on my new xbox x shouldt get anything but chat ban if i get an enforcment
in the future right as it would be a first offence and not tied to my old accounts past enforcments
