    i dont know why, but since the update i cant play games as long as want. my connection randomly dropping and i get stuck in a semi online state. and i checked with my internet provider and they said everything ok in their end.

    Random Disconnects

    I am getting randomly disconnected from my game, when I hit test xbl connection it signs me back into live. This has been happening since the new update.

    Xbox Live Connection Disconnects Constantly

    Ever since the new dashboard update, my connection to Xbox Live continues to drop. NAT settings are open, connection is stable, very fast connection and all that. Every other device I own (including another popular console from a certain Japanese company)
    constantly remains online without any hick-ups or drops. Although I do not know if it is related, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's mutiplayer menu seems to lag and randomly disconnect as well. I have ELITE and an Xbox Live subscription that has been essentialy
    wasted this past while.

    Hey there ampu!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Let's see if we can figure out what's going on, maybe. Is your console connected to your network wirelessly? If so, try connecting using a wired connection to see if that helps at all. Also, if you have any other devices
    using internet in the area with your console, it's possible they are causing interference so we recommend disconnecting those if at all possible. If that doesn't help, can you post back with your home network information (make/model of your network hardware
    and ISP) as well as your Detailed Networking Statistics please?

    We also noticed that you are part of the Xbox One Preview Program. As such, be sure you are leaving this feedback for the team through the on-console feedback program. You can also head over to the

    Preview Program forums     and leave that information there as well.

    Does your Xbox one internet connection drop and not work again until you do a full hard reset? That's my situation and It started occuring at the Aug or Sept update. My xbox networking has been extremely flakey since.. It will not stay connected, it forgets
    the connection/password and won't work until it's rebooted.

    My xbox is dropping my live connection constantly, this was never a problem before. Now since the update it is one thing after another. My connection is wired I recently as in today a couple hours ago deleted my profile cleared the cache and all that jazz,
