    My communications suspension was supposed to end 9/12/17. It's now 9/13/17 and still banned ...


    The XBLPET believe it's okay to suspend your account without providing you with proof that you violated their terms and conditions. THEN to add insult to injury, when your suspension is supposed to end, they don't correctly restore the account (still no
    communications). I've checked enforcement.xbox.com and there are no current suspensions. This is a PAID service, and I am not getting what I paid for. Refund or Unban/unsuspend.

    Why am I still banned?

    On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
    lifted but I am still banned.

    Hell my name is Joshua I had a communication ban issued to me on 9/10/17 and was supposed to be relinquish at 9/24/17 and hasn't been removed I still can't msg people or join parties

    They are under no obligation to show you any proof,something you agreed to when starting your account.

    You can try removing your profile,doing a hard reset & then re downloading your profile.

    If that doesn't work then it's possible you have a extension on your suspension for other violations of the ToU/CoC which isn't showing up on the enforcement site for some reason.

    You can try contacting support here & they may be able to tell you if you have a suspension extension but they will not be able to do anything about it.

    Fairly certain you're the guy on Rocket League who started losing and began verbally abusing his team mates. You also included what I assume was your interpretation of a noise that someone with learning disabilities would make, based on the content on your tantrum. It's a shame xbox have given you access again; you're a grown man who threw a foul mouthed, bigoted hissy fit over a few virtual goals. I've obviously reported you for your offensive and inconsiderate behaviour, TheKMan333, so I hope to see another whiny post about your suspension soon.

    Oh, I just noticed I made a typo in the post. "So my console says I unlocked 17 of them on 5/19/13 and 3 of them on 5/10/13." That's supposed to say So my console says I unlocked 17 of them on 5/9/13 and 3 of them on 5/10/13.

    Xbox One X loses internet when powered down

    I have the same issue. I’m hardwired to my router but it’s as if while in standby mode there is not enough power to hold a connection. In my case, based on the router logs, it’s showing constant connect/disconnect messages every few seconds like this:

    There is some reading fail in this thread.

    I will try and make it clear.

    - A 24 hour communication ban was applied to my account on 8/7/2016 9:50:11 AM (UTC).

    - It is now around 5am UTC on 8/9/2016 - almost 2 days later.

    - There is no option to contact enforcement as this was supposed to be a 24 hour ban.

    - The enforcement forum has been shut down effective late 2015.

    - I have contacted xbox live support twice who have confirmed on both occasions this ban has expired and to post on these forums.

    - I would like a contact at enforcement so I can have this investigated.

    - I would like a refund on the 12 months of xbox live I added earlier this week (exp 17 Oct 17).

    So if anyone has any actual advice that would be great.
