My communications suspension is over but I'm still unable to speak to anyone

Hi all who read this, My communications suspension is over but I can't be heard in party chat or game chat I am able to hear everyone talking and I'm also able to send messages the only issue is that my friends can't hear me even tho I see my mic moving.
Please help

Need some assistance.

I recently just came off by communication and account suspension but I'm still unable to talk, hear anyone, or send messages but I'm able to load and play games.

Unable to Speak After Communication Suspension

I have recently been suspended for communication. However my suspension has been lifted, I am able to send messages and hear my friends again. The problem is that my friends or anybody can still not hear me. It has been almost three weeks and the problem still consists. If anybody knows any solutions to this I would appreciate it very much.

If you believe you are still encountering difficulties, please allow up to 24 hours from the conclusion of the enforcement action and attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

Step 1:
Update your Xbox One controller with the latest software

Step 2: Perform a hard reboot of your console

Press the power button on your Xbox One console for five seconds to shut down the console

Unplug your Xbox One power supply from your wall outlet and wait five minutes. Then, plug the power supply back into the wall outlet.

Turn on your Xbox One console by pressing the power button

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.
