    I want my communication back i was suspended for no reason this is a ridiculous system you have going on here den I can't get in contact with anybody and everyone i do speak to can't do nothing for me what kind of system is this the enforcement team needs
    to be terminated and just giving back to xbox support because this is dumb just a bunch of control hungry gamers with no type of experience in anything are giving the right to suspend peoples account with no investigation I have a very good reputations been
    an xbl gold for over 13 years without any problems or issues

    Account banned for no reason

    My account has been communication banned but when I go to enforcement.xbox.com and check there is nothing saying I am communication banned. Is there any fix

    my account has gotten communication banned and multiplayer banned and I'm not worried about communication banned I'm worried about the multiplayer banned and I have no idea why I was multiplayer banned but if you could please help I would really appreciate

    you cannot call support to make complains or report other players they will need to do it on the console. if you sent an abusive message or other can get your an communication suspension.

    Good day

    Any use of profanity will get you a suspension/ban.

    Only the Enforcement team will be able to do anything with this. As we in the foruns do not have access to the system.

    You can try and do a case review if the ban is longer then 24 hours.
