I was communication suspended last night and it said that it was supposed to be lifted at 4:07am and it’s currently 2:09pm. Is there any way I can report this?

I can hear people but they can't hear me

I had a temporary 24 hours suspension from voice and message communication. But the suspension has been lifted now, but nobody can hear me, even though I can hear them. It said that all voice communication would be automatically restored when the suspension
was over so I don't understand why it's not working.

suspension lift

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

Most times it just hangs up a bit. Remove the profile from the console, hold the power button for 5-10 seconds till it shuts off, wait 1 minute and turn it back on and add the profile back. See if that works.....90% of the time that will get it fixed up.

Hey. Thank you so much for your reply. However, this does not work because the suspension has been lifted, just hasn’t been lifted correctly. It is only lifted from the Xbox app and not in the games. Therefore, the suspension shows as completed and won’t let me contact the Xbox enforcement team.

Sorry you're having issues after your communications suspension. Unfortunately no one in these forums will be able to help you with this if your communication is still suspended. Please see the link below to the enforcement forums and post a link there.
Someone from that team will get back with you on more details regarding your suspension. Also please allow 24 hours to elapse after your suspension has been lifted to completely remove.

The suspension should be lifted at around the same time it was given. So if you were suspended at 8pm, you will need to wait until 8pm for it to be lifted.

If it's after that time and the suspension hasn't been lifted, you will need to post in the

account suspension forum to get an answer from someone on the enforcement team.
