    Today is 2/12/17 My suspension notice was given to me 2/11/17 around 1-2 o'clock after these 24 hours where up i signed into Xbox joined my friends Xbox live party after repeated resets sign ins and leaving and rejoining nothing has fixed the issues that
    i currently am experiencing. i would very much enjoy if i could have access to the social aspect i look forward to when signing on to Xbox. If you read and respond to this thank you for your time.

    Xbox live party chat, no sound

    I have just recently been banned from communications for 1 week. After my suspension has been lifted i have found that i cannot hear anyone in party chats and nobody seems to be receiving messages still. Is there some kind of network issue or anything else
    I myself can do?

    Unable to Speak After Communication Suspension

    I have recently been suspended for communication. However my suspension has been lifted, I am able to send messages and hear my friends again. The problem is that my friends or anybody can still not hear me. It has been almost three weeks and the problem still consists. If anybody knows any solutions to this I would appreciate it very much.

    suspension lift

    My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    You do not have a permanent suspension. By the looks of it, you had a communications suspension on 6/22 that has already been lifted. If the suspension was still in place it would have a date for when it ends.

    Sorry to hear it. However, you are responsible for what happens on your gamertag, especially if you give others access to it. If the site, enforcement.xbox.com , does not give you more info on whether the suspension has been lifted or not you can call
    phone support and they can let you know if it's still active. Click this link to get the number for your region http://bit.ly/2ee23wg

    PLEASE NOTE: phone support cannot lift an active suspension on your account as the PET are in sole charge of suspensions

    Cant talk to other people in-game or parties

    I have the same problem. I got a communication suspension on my 360 (which has now been lifted) but it still partially affects my Xbox one like you. Hopefully there is an easy fix to this because i'm getting sick of not being able to talk to my friends over
    the holidays.
