    Hello Xbox. I'm just here to ask why I've been banned for 2 weeks. I understand I said something I shouldn't have and there should be a ban..... But 2 weeks? For my first ban? I think that might be a little overboard. I'd love to hear some feedback.

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    I would like to see the evidence against me that was used to issue my communication ban, plus I cannot play my games because of this communication ban it says I cannot share game content which is not part of a communication ban

    UltraPlesiosaur,

    you cannot call support to make complains or report other players they will need to do it on the console. if you sent an abusive message or other can get your an communication suspension.

    Good day

    Any use of profanity will get you a suspension/ban.

    Only the Enforcement team will be able to do anything with this. As we in the foruns do not have access to the system.

    You can try and do a case review if the ban is longer then 24 hours.
