    My account has been suspended, but there was a mistake in banning me. I assume the message that i sent that got me suspended was "good [Mod Removed - Profanity] ace", as referring to great job on killing 5 people in a round. For some reason,
    i got com banned. Please fix this.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and do not issue suspensions unless they determine you've done something to violate the code of conduct

    you cannot call support to make complains or report other players they will need to do it on the console. if you sent an abusive message or other can get your an communication suspension.

    Any use of profanity will get you a suspension/ban.

    Only the Enforcement team will be able to do anything with this. As we in the foruns do not have access to the system.

    You can try and do a case review if the ban is longer then 24 hours.
