    My communication ban is not letting me play online games


    ok so I was playing for Honor. Dueled this one guy and beat him seven matches in a row. He got mad and messaged me saying I was cheating. I responded saying how he just sucks at the game. (I suck, so if I beat you, you suck). He goes off and gets like 10
    of his buddies to report me. Next thing I know I'm banned. I understand no comms. I can live with that. But when I tried to game with other people it just stopped working. "Server error". But I could play other game modes. Now I'm stuck playing campaigns and
    crappy PvAI game modes. And what's worse is I'm in this ban for 7 days. I'm pissed. I paid my hard earned money to use this account and to play these games. If you people are gonna shut down my account How about you refund the hundreds of dollars I have invested
    In it over the years. I work a crap job and this is my down time. If you're gonna comm ban me leave it at that. I paid for these games so i expect to be able to use them.

    I got a communication ban and it said I can continue using the Xbox live service, such as online multiplayer, but it's not letting play online

    Does the same with me, my older brother's account got banned from communications and from playing multiplayer games online and every single account on the xbox has this problem now.

    Have you checked enforcement.xbox.com it tells you about the enforcement and should have information about the severity of the ban.
