My cold war disk will not install on my one s.

So last week my cold war worked fine. however Friday night I was greeted with a message that said "there was a problem launching your game or app if you are starting your own game try again if it still wont launch try uninstalling and reinstalling your game
(0x87e1000c)"

so after a few tries, I uninstalled my game and tried to reinstall it. however now it wont install. it stays at 0% and keeps stopping the installation. occasionally I'll be greeted with "sorry we cant launch this. the item you are trying to use appears to
be corrupt. try uninstalling and reinstalling it (0x80070570)". I keep getting this message even when nothing is installed.

I thought maybe it's the console (its 4 years old) but when I put other disks in, they install and work just fine. so then I took my disc out and handed it to my brother and he put it in his xbox and it installed just fine. then this morning I handed it
to my sister and hers installed it as well with no issues.

I've tried everything I can find short of factory resetting my console. I've tried ejecting the disk and reinserting it multiple times, restarting the download manually, clearing local saves, ejecting the disk hard resetting the console unplugging it for
up to 3 hours, removing the external harddrive then trying to install it, clearing more then enough space on the internal, trying to move or copy the initial download(I get the same (0x80070570) message), turning off the online connection to download offline,
clicking update later when it asks for updates, resetting my router, forgetting and relearning my network, changing the console to energy saving and back to instant on, I've uninstalled regular modern warfare on the off chance maybe it got corrupted that way
when the merged.

I've run out of things to try and am just wondering if maybe someone knows how to fix this.
