My codmw says I have to login to account that I purchased it with.

Xbox is having some server issues right now, which is most likely the root of your problem!

Keep an out on Xbox Server Status for updates, or subscribe to the server notifications system to be notified when servers will go up! https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

If servers go up, and this issue keeps happening, contact or reply and ill try to help you out once again in more detail!

I have to buy both games back i posted pictures of the purchase in one of my reply i have the screenshot of the mw2 remastered purchases 2 plus the screenshots of them rejecting both CODMW and MW2R refunds. But now i don't have them and i don't have the
refund money

The modules are Special Ops, Multiplayer, Campaign and in some instances they are Pack 1 and Pack 2. These have all been downloaded and installed on my console but I've never seen anything specific for CODMW. Maybe I'm looking at things incorrectly but
how do I know whether CODMW has actually been installed on my console because evrytime I select open for CODMW, it jumps to the WZ splash screen..

I would like to clarify, are you getting the message prompt in every game or just for a specific game?

If this is for a specific game, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game from there stated as "completed"?

Let me rephrase my question/concern.

From what I can tell, only the CODMW modules are being installed on my console rather than the game itself. The only game icon I've ever seen is for WZ. When I open WZ there is a scrolling msg in the top right corned saying an update needs to be installed
and I need to connect to the Internet.

Well, I am connected to the Internet and my XBOX isn't saying anything about an update for the game. So, as I have asked many times before, where in the world is the CODMW game I bought the disk for last week and why isn't my console recognizing the installation
of the game?

This all stinks of something rotten going on at Activision and they don't seem to give a rat's behind about addressing the issue any time soon.

Surely one would expect a separate icon for CODMW to appear under the TAB MY Games and APPS in my game console but nothing but WZ is showing. The title says CODMW but the game opens as WZ and then tells me to update it. I'm tired of playing "games" and wasting
my time trying to get this to work. There has to be a solution out there somewhere or Activision is breaking a lot of laws, one being theft by deception.
