    code 1 and 3 not working

    I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes? Does your account region match your physical location?

    Those games are region locked, so if your account region does not match your physical location, or you live in a region where the games are not available, you will not be able to download them.

    Pop over to your >>Microsoft Commerce<< account and be sure that you have a proper billing account listed. Once you do that, try redeeming your codes
    again and see if that works.

    You are the only one that can

    You must match your account region to your actual region

    You have to use your actual region

    Note us foreign bases count only as the host country not the us

    Also japan and China don't apply
