my code wont work properly and it hasnt been used bought it straight out of best buy

Ah no, i've been having the same problem as him, and i had bought my from best buy and It wont let me play it.

i give up on this game the save game bug is a huge error that hasnt been fixed. wont be buying the next release of tomb raider

To add: When I try to use the code again, it says its already been redeemed, meaning it has registered that I have used it, even though its nowhere on my system or account.

Also, when I try to search this addon on Bing, it still comes up with a price meaning it hasnt worked properly at all.

The addon in question is the 'Ancestors Character Pack' for Assassins Creed Revelations.

Is this something I should expect a lot from using this console? Inputting codes and them just not working thus wasting my money?

It comes up saying Try code again but the code hasnt been used before.

I didnt buy the game it was given to me as a gift and came with the dlc camo.

Ive tried this code many many times and it hasnt worked, and contacted microsoft and activision heaps to get this fixed and spent hours waiting for chat sessions to strart up. Im just waiting and hoping for a replacement code so i dont have to worry about
this issue anymore.

Tronder 007 is right, it isnt lost it is now tied to the gamertag you used to claim the code.

As mentioned, if it hasnt installed properly then it should be under the Ready to Install tab on My Games and Apps.
