My code scratched off wrong.

I bought an Xbox one one today for my birthday, and it was the name your game bundle. Unfortanalty, I wasn't able to access all the characters.

Membership card says its not valid

Check to see if you entered your code wrong. If not than the code should be able to be redeemed. Nothing should be wrong with code as long as you scratched it off an didn't give it to anyone

 

Redeem prepaid codes

I have exactly the same problem, my son scratched the silver panel off and scratched the first part of the code off, there is a bar code & number on the card so surely this can be retrieved???
