My code redeeming tab is stuck on "enter password"

When I try to redeem a code I need to give my pin to my pc account and then my microsoft password. When I put my password in it gets stuck on it and its loading for ages. What is the problem?

Found solution. I just redeemed the code not using the web interface on xbox.com. I redeemed it going to the store tab on my xbox one and entered the code on the "Use a code" tab. Hope this helps someone.
