My code of fallout 3 disappeared

I recently buy Fallout 4 and subsequently received an Xbox Live message stating that my purchase included a copy of Fallout 3. Today when I planned to redeem the code the message had disappeared. Is there any way to recibe other code please

Issue: My Message with my Fallout 3 code has disappeared form my inbox.

Hi there,

This happened to me as well. After 30 minutes of chatting with a rep they said basically there was nothing they can do. They asked me to look for any past emails and none were sent. This is a shame that our coeds are lost and there is no getting them
back. Hopefully a Microsoft rep can help us out. Very disappointing.

Apologies, but once the Xbox LIVE message expires, the message is lost and the code can not be recovered or re-sent to you. In the future, please be sure to note things like that down or redeem it immediately.

Just wanted to let you know you posted in the right place. An Xbox Support member should chime in in the next day or two and should be able to help you recover your code once they verify your Fallout 4 pre-order.
