    Hey there XXkillaXX1365.

    The code was intended to be redeemed by April 11th. Once it was redeemed you had 90 days to use the currency added to your account. If you didn't redeem the code before the 11th then I'm afraid it would no longer be valid unfortunately. Thanks for your understanding

    — From which authorized retailer did you obtain this code?
    — Is this code you obtained a redeemable code for Game Pass, a game, currency, or for what content?
    — Could you check if, besides your physical location, your Microsoft account region is set to the same location as the code?

    Furthermore, please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, the code itself, gamertags, etc.

    You may want to ask your mother to request a refund for the game, and once approved, gift it to you again.
