    error code 80151006

    i'll try and sign in to my account. It then says "add security" with this new box which says "sign in with your email and password?". I press continue and type in the correct email and the correct password for my microsoft account. Finally, it says there
    is a problem with the error code.

    had a live advisor authenticate code from amazon no region lock nothing out of region on box im in united states code good just cant redeem it it says it is the correct points says it will turn into currency when redeemed but comes up that error code?

    no error codes at this point but through the night the most common code i found was when i deleted my profile and then tried to redownload it was status code 8007045D
