My code has already been activated. (Minecraft win10)

У меня есть аккаунт на официальном майн сайте, оттуда я взял подарочный код на виндовс эдишн, но когда я ввёл этот код то он уже был кем-то активирован, но до этого я никогда его не активировал

Это баг? Сайт всё ещё предлагает мне купить игру, хотя кода теперь у меня просто нет.

Hello, or did you buy your card from which card it is and have you checked if what you bought is not already on your account?

Hey! There was actually an issue with the store earlier on so if you want to try it again and see if it works, that would be great. If not then contact Mojang.
