    Hello,

    Today I've tried to redeem a Xbox live gold 12 months code that I bought. When I redeemed it, it appeared written that the code had already been redeemed by someone else. I just wanted to know, (from Microsoft staff), the date and the time in which this
    code had been redeemed. Thanks for your help

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Star Wars Battlefront: Battle of Jakku DLC

    Hi,

    I got an early access code to be able to download the DLC Battle of Jakku for Star wars Battlefront.

    When i redeemed the code, my xbox crashed and didnt install the DLC. I coudlnt redeem the code again because it had already been redeemed.

    I'm sorry about this. Xbox is not responsible for third party resellers codes. You would need to ask a replacement for seven eleven. Even though I'm not a Xbox employee or representative, I'm sure if you contact the official Xbox support they will tell you the same thing. I'm sorry and I hope you understand.

    7-11 gave you a receipt with a phone number on it, you need to call that as gift cards are handled by a third party vendor
