    My code for RE7 was deleted on my other account, it hasn't


    I got a friend to gift me a code for RE7, after a few days my Dad got a email on his account about money being taken out of the account. This is the second time this has happened, we got a refund last time but I would like to know what has happened. The
    chat has also been deleted along with the activation code. Please help!

    after connecting my email to my Microsoft account and deleting the old one, it hasn't been sending any codes to the new one when trying to sign into my epic account (using Xbox account), would i need to look somewhere else? or are there other options?

    How do I verify an account I've never logged into anywhere else?

    I don't think you understand, I cannot get the verification code because I don't have access to the account. I input my password, it asks me to verify with the code. How am I supposed to get the code if I can't log into the account. I have no way of getting the code. As I said, the account hasn't been logged into in any other device, just my Xbox.
