    perhaps sense you helped him you can help me.. ok so I have followed every tip you have up there. none worked sadly. I am 18 my account also knows this but it wont even allow me to purchase mine craft. all my settings are set to open and still no progress
    is made nothings says why I cant make purchases and when I get the blip saying enter this access code there is no code .. it is blank every time

    Spoke with online support today. He checked my code and said it was still valid. He also said ALL the codes would be valid after 12pm..... Though he couldn't tell me which time zone (I'm guessing PST.).... If it doesn't work after that point, I would contact Microsoft Help to have them help.... They also recommended using Microsoft.com/redeem as opposed to the XBox store. No idea why.

    Ok, I have finally found a fix that worked for me. This was a very odd solution that took me allot of time to find. All I did was rename my Xbox One and it started working. Not sure why it didn't work before or how this affected it but gladly it helped.
