My COD points are not showing up.

Sometimes the process is delayed either due to connectivity issues or problems server side. You may just have to be patient! However, if this problem persists, I'd try contacting Microsoft billing support on their website again. Once again, this may take
time, though they will do their best to get back to you. I imagine this is frustrating, I've had a similar issue with Black Ops 4 and PSO2 myself.

I did not get what I wanted which was 2400 cod points and I am still trying to reset and keep looking if I have them.

Sort this problem please it's unfair how people pay for things and don't get then yet our money is safely with you now give us what we bought

I have the same problem, its also been 24 hours and i have been billed for the points already and have not received them
