    I’ve been trying to get help from activision support and all I get is a form letter, they asked for certain info and I supplied it. I have over $2000 invested into my cod mobile account. I can still access my account but when the hacker signs in on the Line app link to my account I get kicked offline. Please help me. I have screenshots of everything and I’ve sent it all to activision. Next will be my I guess I’ll have to contact a lawyer. Please someone help

    No, it's simply a bot that is creating new bogus Microsoft accounts using new bogus e-mails. A Microsoft account includes a gamertag, which opens up the entire Xbox Live network of users. So it's nothing wrong with Xbox Live in that sense (nothing got hacked);
    it's just a bot with a gamertag messaging every gamertag it can find before it gets blocked.

    Sorry for the inconveniences, right now this is a know issue.
    The workaround for this is link the accounts using the Discord app.

    "Some players may see the Xbox mobile app crashing when linking Discord accounts from the console settings area. To resolve this, we recommend linking accounts through the Discord mobile app.
