    Hello! I am coming on here as Reddit just takes down my post as soon as I upload it, so I really have no idea as to where I should go to get this solved, so that is why I am here...

    Since the start, my bo6 has been crashing at random points during gameplay. I only play zombies so it can be random rounds my game just freezes and then gives me the error code:

    Now I have gone through the game's crash reports and I will add the file below... I have gone into Device Manager and updated all of the drivers, they are all fine. I have the latest windows update, and I have the latest graphics driver update through the NVIDIA App. Can someone please help me at trying to solve this? I am not a computer whiz so any help or suggestions will be helpful! I just want to play zombies without having to go into the game every hour or so haha

    Is Warzone no longer free to play?

    It is free but not all maps are free

    Some are bo6 or cod only

    Keep in mind the Cod app has cod and warzone

    You need to stick o the warzone maps

    Hi, Livia! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble playing your game on your PC. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

    Please try to follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding. Thank you.

    Ensure that you are on the most recent version of the Xbox app and the Game

    Microsoft Store app > Downloads > Get updates/Update all

    Ensure that you have updated your PC to the most recent version of Windows, including optional updates

    PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install

    Open the Xbox app on PC > (the game) >Manage > Files > Verify and Repair

    Sign Out of Your Accounts (Xbox App and Microsoft Store App):

    Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

    Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

    Repeat the same process for the Xbox App and Call of Duty Game

    Restart Your Device:

    After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

    Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

    How come I've been asked to purchase BO6 when I've been game shared for 2 months and it's been fine but it's suddenly tells me to purchase it?.

    Hello Janet,

    I've checked with the person who's game sharing and they said they haven't changed anything and their account is definitely my home Xbox.

    The game on Xbox hasn't changed and is fine but it's just going onto BO6 via COD.

    How do I separate mw3 from bo6 2 so I can play either of them now?

    I even spent a day installing all the cod games made, and when I installed mw3 it installed as bo6 it never pulled the graphic up for mw3. I was just unaware of what bo6 graphic on the home screen looked like and assumed it was mw3, and when I search my games in my account mw3 is missing as if I never installed it but the disk I have says mw3 on it. I'm trying to see if it was a mistake from the company or what because I opened mw3 brand new out of the package myself so I know it's not a switcheroo
