My club was discrimanitly banned

My xbox live club had enforcement action taken upon it. My club does not violate any policy and was enforced purely on gay discrimination. I want the enforcement lifted and I want to file a formal complaint against the department that said it is in violation.

The only thing that my club has is "gay" in the name. How on Earth in this day and age can that get you suspended?

I contacted chat service and they are unable to give me any details. This is absolutely absurd.

This is exactly what the profile says: "Gaymers in New England"

How is this a ban worthy offense?

cannot sign in to Xbox Live for the duration of the suspension. On other

Xbox platforms, this account’s profile, Gamerpic, and any created Club

cannot be edited for the duration of the suspension. If this enforcement

is permanent: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any

device.

You suspend my club because it was titled anti LGBTQIA and I never harrased people you say my club offends people yet many religions hate lgbt yet I'm the bad one and if I say that they offend me you do NOTHING ABOUT IT GIVE ME MY CLUB BACK

You can have it only on your profile not on names etc

Only an Enforcement team member can respond to enforcement actions, and the Enforcement Team does not use the forums.

You will need to submit a case review on the Enforcement site (https://enforcement.xbox.com) as no one (Forum/Twitter/Chat support) can respond to enforcement actions.

 

actually it's is a violation you must be rated e for everyone as the email you describe is correct you cannot use sexual terms or sexuality with any other words except to point out yournsexuality

One it can only be used in the bio fields on yours profiles

It cannot be used with any other word etc

Chat support has no bearing on enforcement action nor can they do anything about it

Your only option is use the link provided in the email which is enforcement.xbox.com

 

YYou can only say gay lesbian etc etc in the bio.field nothing to describe or add.to.anything

 

that is Not anywhere written in the terms. It's purely discrimination.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review as Mistress Sara mention. 24 Hour suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.
Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

That said, it looks like the Enforcement team has given you the reasoning in the Enforcement Detail you posted.

designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these

Since this is not Case Reviewable, there is nothing else that can be done. You'll need to change the name of the club to one which conforms to the Xbox Live Code of Conduct/Microsoft Services Agreement. If you'd like to see a change to the Code of Conduct
