My Client Not able to login on XBOX One S as the mail Does not exist anymore

Hello Team,

One of client have XBOX 1S , its working since last 3 years , but the mail ID that he is used has not exist anymore ,thats why not able to login to XBOX1S.Asking for password.

But he wants to login with new mail ID , where he needs all the data , game and fornite that he was using on his XBOX with the non existing mail ID.

We have tried all the option to reset the password of the account [Mod Removed - Personal Information] , but there no security question and no phn no was given , and what ever data we are give microsoft does validate these data.

In these situation is there way , that we can transfer all XBOX data to new account , as we have XBOX console access.

The best thing to do , its to call Xbox live helpdesk with the gamertag + some security questions, the agent will be able to provide you the email linked to the lost email > https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I am also thinking so , my client forgot everything , only one option is REST the XBOX.

Is any way to do anything on the XBOX console to migrate profile .

To access any of the account purchases or info you will need to be able to sign into the account. Does he know his Gamertag by chance ? You can try the link here if
so. You can't transfer data between accounts either. You need to sign in to be able to use stuff on it. Another option is the account recovery form. Just say forgot password/email and fill out the questions there.

Sorry to hear you're having problems recovering an account. In order to recover an account, you need to know the old email address. Your first step should be making sure you can access that old email address, then follow the support

page.

I'm not sure if theres a way to recover an account if you can not validate through the old one. This would be a security issue.
