    How can I monitor the messages my son has sent? I can only see the messages he's received.

    Unable to complete the payment processing..

    I am trying to put money into my child's account with a visa and am getting the same message.

    parent acct not connected to child anymore

    tyring to update privacy setting on my child's acct won't work because my parent acct/gamer tag/email id is not connected to my child's. get an error message the update didn't work and try again.....talked to a rep for an hour yesterday and he could not
    figure it out. what do I do?

    I dont know what insider program is. Ok, when i send or receive a message i can see the first few words but when i try to open the message, its blank. My family who sent the message told me also the audio message i sent could not be opened. They have
    control as their xbox is on adult setting and this xbox is on child setting.

    Hello!!

    Jameser is correct. You may want to look at the parental control settings and set the child account to block online interactions. I believe it will prompt you before any friend requests are sent to the child account (not certain though as no one has tried
    to friend my children) and it blocks the incoming messages.

    Does this happen you try to message anyone or only when you try to message a specific person? Do you get a specific error message and/or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) when you send a message? Any additional information that you can provide us will help
    us best look into things.

    Try
    updating your security proofs     and attempt sending a message again. If it doesn't work, let us know what error message/code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) you get.
