    My Child Still is Not Able to Access Some In-Game Content Even After I Changed His Restrictions


    I have changed my child's restrictions and settings to where he can play all games and he should have access to all in-game content, but he is still not able to access certain features in games such as the auction house in Forza. We do not have a console and I got him the 3-month game pass for his pc.

    Hi there,

    you should be able to set what games the child account is allowed to access via

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    or via the Xbox One console via the content restrictions.

    It's also possible to specify exceptions to the set Age restriction.

    If you are a child, you may be in a family with restrictions. If you can, ask a family member to grant you access to be able to change your picture.

    Hi there.

    Some Roblox content is set up for adult accounts only. A 13+ account will be deemed as a teen account.

    It could also be that what your child is trying to access content that must be paid for. It doesn't directly tell you this in game and only shows up with that error code.

    Try accessing the same content from an adult account, if possible, to make sure it isn't something to do with the child/teen/adult account restrictions.
