My child had his xbox profile hacked. How do I get it back?

You'll need to sign into his Microsoft account with a computer and reset his password.

If you have access to his email address, or if you've set his account as a child account you should be able to recover it. Have you tried resetting his password by using the Forgot Password link?

Hey everyone, I hacked my account back. The hacker [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID] changed my GT, but I managed to hack it back from him and report his e-mail for child p*rnography so his e-mail may have been disabled. I called MS
